About us

Welcome to our blog. We are Laura and Gerber and we live in Zaandam, a town in the northwest of the Netherlands. We both write articles for this blog. Below you will find a short introduction by the both of us, so you can get to know us a little better.

Laura
My name is Laura Tejedor (27). I am a postgraduate student in Linguistics at Utrecht University, and I work as a tutor. As studying and working make my life quite busy, I’m interested in ways to study more efficient. But I have lots of other interests and activities as well, like cooking, green living, mindfulness, painting, photography, singing, and yoga.

I think it’s important to live my life as people friendly, animal friendly and environment friendly as I can. Veganism is a part of that lifestyle, although Gerber and I became vegan to get healthier and more energetic in the first place. I’m also interested in ecological products and fair trade products, which I try to combine with my passion for traveling, shopping and good food. The articles I will write for this blog will be about my experiences with veganism, ecological stuff, studying, personal or spiritual development, and all other things that come along I find remarkable or interesting.

Gerber
My name is Gerber de Lange (32). At the moment I spend most of my time on the following things: my job as a project manager, reading (fiction and non fiction), practicing reiki, meditation, fitness, guitar playing, visiting rock concerts, personal development, spiritual development and financial development. Occasionally I also get a little sleep . Most of my articles will be about my experiences with personal development, but I will certainly write about other things as well.
