We just spent the last few days with our family and have had a great time. We hope you have enjoyed yourself as well.

What will 2009 bring to this blog? You can expect articles on the following subjects:

• Memory techniques. An article on how to remember names and faces is coming up in a few days. More articles on this subject are following in the next couple of months.
• Mind reading and mind tricks. If you have seen shows by Derren Brown, you probably wondered how he does it. Some articles will be about tricks you can use to fool your family and friends, but there will also be some articles on stuff you can use in everyday life.
• Universal laws. The Law of Balance and the Law of Choices have already been discussed here, but there are more universal laws you should know about.
• Working with energy. Expect some articles about how Reiki and Quantum Touch can help you increase your energy level and help you heal yourself and the people around you.
• A better world. This year we will write a few articles with tips on how to make this a better world. This includes tips on how to work towards a better environment and not only improving your own life, but that of all those around you.
• EFT. This is a great technique for letting go of negative energy. We are just getting started with EFT and will keep you posted on our experiences. If you would like more information about EFT right now, you can check out emofree.com and download the free manual.
• Feng Shui. We are also just getting started with Feng Shui, so expect something on this later on in the year.
