		<description>Hi TT,
Great to have you here!
I think everybody has experienced that when they&#039;re stressed it&#039;s more difficult to sleep well. So have I. Although I gave several tips on how to sleep well, the #1 tip is to try to relax just before going to sleep. I know that&#039;s obvious, but if you lie down on your back and you breathe in and out (slowly) a couple of times, that helps tremendously. See also my article on &lt;a href=&quot;http://everydayimprovement.com/blog/2008/10/how-to-meditate-use-your-imagination/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;How to Meditate - Use Your Imagination&lt;/a&gt;.

Take care,

		<description>Hello,

I read the articles very useful especially the one on sleep, my issue is that I never get enough sleep when I am stressed. Generally I will sleep fitfully or not get any sleep at all due to stress

I wonder if you have experienced the same thing?

Thanks
